Derby Day 2020

I made curried onion-tomato relish for backyard burgers

But mice made the cutest nest in our grill, so we redirected

The relish will keep for a week or more, no problem

Ordered a whole fried chicken and a half rack of ribs

With all the sides

And they’re delivering

So I made mint juleps with what was on hand

To sip in the backyard

This weather I’ll tell you

No horses are running the track today

But I’m sure plenty of horses are running all over the place

And having a pretty fucking great day
